Can anyone tell me the valve clearance for a Honda Phantom?

From the three Phantom owners I've talked to, they all say fuel economy is roughly 25-35 km/l, or not much worse than any other 200-250.
When adjusting tappets though (going back to the OP), make sure the motor is cold as always. Let it sit a least 4 hours and probably more for the Phantom. For cars they need to sit at least 12 hours, and I remember one of my big block vehicles needed a whole 24 hours before it was "stone cold".

Is that metric or imperial?.003 intake, .004 exhaust
As for fuel economy,I get 30>35 kms/lt

Definitely imperial. .003 mm is engine suicide.
So, .003" or .07 mm intake and .004" or .1 mm exhaust.
