Probably the same reason that Camrys are so popular over Subarus, Nissans, Mazdas, Fords, etc.
That reason is....um.
Honda moto dealer in Phnom Penh?
Digging out an old post, I also recommend Honda Cheung Song Hy Motorcycle shop. I went there for an unscheduled service (10K km 2013 Pcx) and was very pleased with their courtesy, attention to detail and professionalism. They did spend about 2 hours going through the 26 point checklist (Honda Service Manual p3-4), changed all fluids, air cleaner and spark plug for about $20.- There is also a young lady that speaks English, and translates to the tech, although technical mechanical terms may elude her.

Even when I spoke no Khmer at the time, the sales people didn't try and jack up the price on me. I've also been three times for coolant changes and the price was always the same between service advisors and techs, meaning different people kept the price the same.
The place I live by is about 2 minutes South on Monivong from the Rock Nightclub.
