Hi all,
I'm dealing with a breakdown of a big bike in Phnom Penh and both big bike shops I've gone to are now out of business. I called friends in Vietnam & they couldn't find any parts available locally for it.
Does anyone know a shop that has connections to order stuff from Thailand? Hoping to avoid ordering from Europe or the U.S. Need a set of pistons, conrods, valves, bearings, both timing belts...you get the idea. Looking to rebuild the entire engine.
Thanks,
AE86
Big bike owners, question for you.
Is it a Honda ?
I rebuilt my Forza NSS250 and used this site:

I know you didn't want to use US but they are one of the few dealers that will ship internationally with out using a 3rd party shipper. If you order all the parts at one time the shipping is not that bad , quick shipping and they have most parts.

But thanks for that, it's nice to have that info out there.

Ducati M620.
I highly doubt anything is available locally though, which is why I was asking to see if somewhere could order stuff for me.

You'd be surprised. Dara won't have anything and will probably be reluctant to try, but no harm in asking. You could ask Vay (on 118?), sometimes he can scrounge parts from God knows where. Then there's always the Ducati dealership... Nah, they're probably clueless and won't order anything.
You could also try Sang near TTP. He won't stock anything besides dirtbike parts, but he can get either OEM or ProX stuff within a week or two. I know he won't have it in stock here as it's a Ducati, but he can ask the ProX distributor if they have it. It only takes a week or two to get it from the warehouse in Singapore or whenever it is.

PM sent. I'm temporarily in TTP at the moment so I've give that guy a try, see how he does.LexusSchmexus wrote:Dara won't have anything and will probably be reluctant to try, but no harm in asking. I'm reluctant to try Dara's shop after all the expats I've talked to that have asked me to fix their bikes after he worked on them. And yes, you're probably right on dealerships. My last scooter was a Vespa, and the Vespa dealer...
