I need a glass of wine. Does anyone import bottles of wine? (The local shops haven’t supplied what I want.)
Sorry dark_blue, but if you want reasonable answers you need to give some background/details.

Just fly to Japan, buy an old Honda, remove engine and send to vietnam for around $500 in a half container. Then use a local agent to get it across land border for around $500 more including transport.

Interesting but then what, how did you bring it in, what was the benefit over a locally sourced engine. And did you really buy a 20 yo engine? How did you check it's still alive?dark__blue wrote:bought the engine from Thailand.
Maybe it was a T-Head 4 cylinder motor for a Pierce-Racine, very rare and unobtainable in Cambodia, that's probably why he was very cagey about disclosing the type of engine and model of car. The Thai company probably imported it for him from Wisconsin.logos wrote:dark__blue wrote:bought the engine from Thailand.

If it was a T-Head it would be well over 20 years old and more likely about 113years old, but they built them to last in those days!

Jackal, very , very difficult to receive automotive parts (let alone an engine; let alone an old engine) into Vietnam.
