A search on the site reveals at least the compTIA A+ certification can be gained at UME in Battambang. The only local I know CCNA certified claimed to have got his in VIetnam.

A little bump to add some information.
I took my CCNA exam today at Sunrise and it went well. However the place has no airconditioning so prepare for your exam accordingly. They also had trouble loading the exam but I think you would not encounter this on a regular base. No experience with their training as I done all by self-study. They are both Pearson Vue and Prometric authorised so you can do almost any kind of IT exam here. Going back in July or Sept for CCNA Security and CHFI when the books for v8 have come out.

For the exam I just paid the standard Cisco price of $150 (I did do ICND2 to complete my CCNA) so a regular CCNA is $250 if I am correct. I booked it true my VUE account however Sunrise can book it for you as well if you have no account yet. Sunrise DOES charge a $20 admin fee that I never had to pay back in the West. I assume they use it to cover their expense.

Dunno about the training they offer as I have just prepared with the Cisco Press book and CBT nuggets + a simulator. However I can imagine it is popular for the Khmer IT guys as the trainer can explain things in Khmer if their English is weak. A Cisco cert is usually regarded a higher level than Microsoft due to the sims in it. However MS is switching a little bit more towards this kind of testing as well.
Does anyone know of any place in Phnom Penh that rents Cisco equipment? I know in some places you can rent time on the Cisco equipment rack from training companies.
