Something external that would hold a charge for maybe 5 days which you could plug 2 devices into, to either charge them up or run off of.
Anyone know of such a thing? Are they really heavy?

You can get some heavy duty powerbanks at orussei with 30000A, enough for a few days phone use, they cost about $23-25. But it won't power a laptop.

You might do better looking for solar charger if that works for whatever activity you're doing.
