Has anyone said that Alley Cat has the best burger in Phnom Penh yet?

I find the burgers at Mike's and USA Donuts to be similar, with Mike's being better. However, as already mentioned the difference is not worth the drive for me, so I get burgers at USA Donuts. I also like the burgers at Garage and Alley Cat, although all three are quite different.

Does USA Donuts still exist? Are they still in that hard to find location in BKk1?

I never got to see that location, but I think he said it was just bad timing. Something about it being summer break the week he opened, so he closed and was gonna reopen after the break, but it never happened...

I don't know about that, he was open on 136 street for a few years. I'd guess the landlord put the rent up or something.

I'm not even sure we're talking about the same location then... It sounded to me that it was a new location that was open briefly and closed about 4ish months ago.... Sounds like the same area though...
