Pieces of Ian Saari's umbilical cord were incorporated into some kind of artwork:

Nothing: Mother's deceased and dad wouldn't even send him a penny when he was sleeping rough outside the GSM toilet block.Canadaman wrote:Deported prior to being sentenced how much did Mom and Dad pay for this little exercise?
It's more likely that officials realized that they weren't going to get blood out of stone and released him.
Doubt that theory,if that was the case Prey Sar would be a ghost town. Why are the Cambodian jails full of peniless crims? They certainly wont get a cent out of the other 3 caught with him,so why werent they set free? Someone bought him out for sure.tuk-tukfish wrote:Nothing: Mother's deceased and dad wouldn't even send him a penny when he was sleeping rough outside the GSM toilet block.Canadaman wrote:Deported prior to being sentenced how much did Mom and Dad pay for this little exercise?

It's not a theory; I know Ian and one of his co-accused quite well and also the circumstances surrounding their arrests.Canadaman wrote:Doubt that theory,if that was the case Prey Sar would be a ghost town. Why are the Cambodian jails full of peniless crims? ^Canadaman wrote:If your suggesting Ian will be deported after his sentence, forget it. Sizzlers Andy, not deported,King Kong, not deported and Andrew Sloman, not deported.
An example of your ignorance regarding this subject.
Ian was deported due to charges related to drug-use, not trafficking, and sent home on account of being a "deplorable".
Some of his co-accused remain in custody and will most likely be deported also.

The one who blindly overpass a vehicle in front of him and ran over couple of people. Got a slap on the wrist and now emotionally and financially sad about it? Or the one on a dirt bike from Kampot killed an elderly local farmer?Just Robbed wrote:That guy who killed the man drink driving - what happened to him? Was he deported?

When you reach an agreement on compensation with the families involved all criminal charges are automatically dropped.Just Robbed wrote:That guy who killed the man drink driving - what happened to him? Was he deported?

My wife asked to help with a wedding party about 2 years ago by the bride's relative. A son owner of a hotel drove under the influence and crashed into a female while riding on her motorbike. He married her as a compensation. I am not making this up.
