He's taking a break. I used him at least 6-7 times since he's been operational without issue. The worst was sometimes a delay because of miscommunication: I thought I had placed an order, but he didn't view my message as a confirmation. However, my last order took two months as it was misplaced in Vietnam. I was his last customer. He said for the past three months his shipping line has been terrible. A lot of lost items, money refunded, angry customers (often first-time users), no profit and so forth. I was delighted when my order was finally arrived after a lot of back and forth, but also sad that it hasn't been working out for him in the past little while. He told me he's taking one month off to reassess the situation and hopefully create a more stable shipping route. He might quit or not, hard to tell.
He refused to take money for my order because of the long delay, but I insisted and he ended up taking $10. I do hope he manages to sort out the supply chain as it's a very good service to have.

Recent first time user, order took 2 months. Claims he was having problems with whoever does his shipping, but didn't elaborate.LexusSchmexus wrote:He's taking a break. Came across as a decent enough person when I rang him several times to ask what was causing the delay. However, he seemed at a loss to solve the problems.
Apart from the delay, and numerous calls required by me to get things moving, his prices were good and he refunded the handling fee for the trouble.
If he does restart the business, I would want to see at least 6 months of good reviews on here before using him again.
Same here. Used for a couple of orders which were taken care of quickly and cleanly. The last time I used him half the items ordered didn't turn up after 4 months. Money for lost items was refunded but no explanation given. So now no longer confident with the service.

Shop with us, we'll take all the RISK and minimize the cost for you!
My last experience with Cambo Quick was not so good, would have to agree with other comments.cambo.quick wrote:Shop with us, we'll take all the RISK and minimize the cost for you!
Why not say you can do something when you can't instead of bullshitting around.

Really sorry to hear that. I believe you came to CAMBO.QUICK between March and June 2016. We had a bit of a crisis in that period, and it was total of our fault. We let down so many customers, especially new customers.
Many orders was late, defective, or lost. We had to refund thousands of dollars for our customers. But we realized that money is not as an important issue as the trust, that we had worked very hard to gain, is now shaking.
Now as we have solved successfully and completely all the problems, what we need is only the time for our customer to gain back their trust in our service, that we have came back and better than ever.
Thank you.
Ebay is no problem, i have placed over 20 orders, most ship to Cambodia. I also use gearbest.com without issue and free shipping.ClubBar wrote:tried this service 4 months ago no replies and no correct answers and return of phonecalls. sadly seems he is just picking the best deals out.. tricky and dodgy.
The way these vietnamese people work is, you pick what you would like and pay in advance, than they order it from their account and to their address in Vietnam. Than "smuggle" it back into cambodia with the line busses who go there daily...
Come on Cambodia.. there must be a better way to order something from Ebay or Amazon. if anybody has some info on other methods let me know.
Maybe some import agents are a good choice as well. Anybody some experience?

Does someone have information about current status of this service, or another way to get stuff from Amazon to Phnom Penh.
Couldn't find what I'm looking for from ebay or gearbest.

ACCOUNT DELETED
I ordered from him last month, everything came in about 2 weeks (maybe 15 items total). Would recommend him.
seems he only wants to pick out things that can generate him best and most easy profit. no replies anymore. But what could you expect. He orders it to Vietnam than lets the bus companies take it it to Phnom penh for a small fee.

So how about other sellers apart from Amazon?
Could be convenient to ship stuff from China via this service, for example.

Don't bother with this company for stuff from China. Aliexpress and GearBest deliver to Cambodia themselves.prettyvacant wrote:So how about other sellers apart from Amazon?
