Honda Cub 90cc for sale. $550.

Postby Jackal » Sun Oct 20, 2013 6:11 pm

For Sale:

Classic Cub 90cc.

Full reg/ papers.

Many new parts, tyres, rims, spokes, brakes, chain/sprockets spark plug, chain guard, brake light switch, battery, all wheel bearings, swingarm bearings, steering neck bearings etc all almost new (done in last 500km).

Valves recently adjusted. Runs very well indeed, kickstart only model.

Full disclosure: front mudguard has a small crack at the back, hard to notice, and there are two small scratches in the paint of the bike and it needs a new speedo cable. It's not a new machine.

PM or call Quealy on 098791910.

That ain't a bad deal at all. I bought my 03' for $1,300 off a container and my 99 was $850 from the container as well for perspective, granted they were original plastics and such, but that really doesn't matter honestly in terms of reliability.

They are slightly knobbly. Lots of grip on varied surfaces.

Handy for the sand and gravel encountered around the city everywhere.

TTP.

Most tire shops could supply them for you also, varying sizes of knobbies are available.

Gotta stop going there during lunch, everyone is in siesta mode and wave me on to someone in the next aisle.
Spent a good few hours looking for a set like that - 17 & 18" / 3.5-4 but had no luck after unwrapping every tyre in the place. Joint out on 163 had a decent selection, but street treads, so went with that instead.

the better places are around the market on side streets and not in the market itself (in my opinion).
