WTB Commercial grade ceiling fans
WTB Commercial grade ceiling fans
I need to purchase 12 large ceiling fans for large roofed area (no walls). Anywhere in town that has decent sized durable fans that will survive outside and provide good down draft?
Any advice would be appreciated

Bunnings warehouse here has huge fans called big arse fans. They are huge, about four metres in diameter. I have never even a fan so huge.
Saw these on the weekend in depreston, blowing shit off the shelves they were churning up so much wind.ken svay wrote:Bunnings warehouse here has huge fans called big arse fans. They are huge, about four metres in diameter. I have never even a fan so huge.
I would go to PP electric on Mohnivong and St. 214, and buy run of the mill ceiling fans. Be careful.......some of the ornamental fans look pretty, but don't push much air.

Rebo, have you considered using a mist cooling system instead of fans? Highly effective if installed correctly.

Anyone who doesn't like Capitalism is a pathetic loser. God bless the USA and no place else.
Those machines don't perform even close to what they do in the west here. They work well in dry climates with low humidity.

For your beer garden in the sticks? Really doing that? Hmmmrebo wrote:We settled for a mixture of mist fans, ceiling fans and running water over the roof. It works ok but the humidity is something that is hard to overcome. The ceiling fans are ok, nothing as good as I was hoping for but better than nothing. Thanks for the suggestions
