A blatant plug here for a new classified site in Cambodia aimed exclusively at the expat community in Cambodia, www.khmeradz.com (see ad above). This site has been developed because the developer identified a gap in the market. khmer24 is a bit of a nightmare and is aimed mainly at locals, and the other options are our own 'Buy and Sell' forum, and the buy and sell Facebook page. Both are fine, but neither has the bandwidth to have proper categories ranging from accommodation, cars, various household and personal items and - yes - even a personal ads section.

www.khmeradz.com also has an excellent mobile version. Check it out. Listings are, of course, free.

Khmer440 didn't develop the site, but we have acquired an ownership stake. Our Buy and Sell forum will remain (at least for the foreseeable future), but I'd encourage anyone posting and browing this forum to list their items on khmeradz.com also.

Hate to say this but I give it 6 months in its current format.
Khmer24 has the market well and truly sewn up, but you might be able to get some market share if you target locals and expats and somehow try to make some points of difference from Khmer24.
We use Khmer24 and it definitely generates sales, on top of our normal sales channels. Also its extremely simple to use. And it works.
Targeting exclusively the expat community is a not a gap i would identify.... its Severely limiting the potential sales and reach.
Its purely based on numbers.... expat community (maybe) in the thousands..... locals in the millions.

Also, get rid of those spam iPhone 6/iPad adverts. They're all over the Internet and it's just a scam.

It will not. I need to take the ads down, but I left it up as I was showing it to a prospective new advertiser how it would look if they took over.
