Business school taught me that the ones who keep asking questions about where to find things in the shop, are often the ones who are also the thieves, it's a counter psychology sort of measure that is also used by the Police. It's a way to sort of 'come clean' for the perpetrator which should ring the alarm bell with any authority.

People always have a go at Vladimir for being anti capitalist and a socialist twat.UKJ wrote:You are possibly the biggest money grabber on the forum, after the book collection incident Don't think we fall for your schtick.vladimir wrote:I agree. Let's ban educators/ religious leaders, even well-meaning but ethical parents teaching our children morals, they just interfere with business. As long as we make cash out of it, who cares if she dies from an OD or an immune system weakened by a STD?
Nothing apart from money is important.
Admirable. Seriously.
Not sure, but I think they're maybe Russian to conclusions.
My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.

That's not like vlad to bow out so quickly without some limp-wristed justification or labored rejoinder.scobienz wrote:None of that post makes any sense to the discussion, vlad, and forgive me for saying but your comments are a bit weird and creepy. Why are we talking about prostituting your daughter and ODs and shit like that?

The set of books someone offered forum members for free, which you then tried to sell on. It blew your fake image mate. It's comical that you have kept having a go at capitalists, when you are a wolf of wall street type.vladimir wrote:Yeah, the millions I have tied up in books. 'book collection''? What's the current 'fire sale' asking price?
..and if you disagree with me, you are one billion times WORSE than HITLER!!!
Mysterious fire was probably karma as the new owner seems to be avoiding me. Nothing wrong with Johnny Logan mate.

If you were the seller's agent, the new owner has no obligations to you at all and since you seem to be asking him for money he doesn't owe you, I don't blame him for avoiding you.

Before you make a comment that you don't know shit about, Clownmac you should refrain from commenting. He agreed to "look after me and asked what commission is owed" to persuade Dunk to accept his offer as he was fully aware of the other party/s. It was a deal that the middle man would benefit from either side.

Why are you putting "look after me and asked what commission is owed" in quotes? You should put the man's actual statements in quotes, not your summary of what was said.raz wrote:Before you make a comment that you don't know shit about, Clownmac you should refrain from commenting. Your contract, if you got it in writing this time, was with the seller. The seller agreed to pay you a commission if you helped sell the place. Perhaps in the course of your dealings with the buyer, he said he would "look after you," whatever that means.
Maybe it means when he handed the seller the check, he said "Hey seller, Raz did a lot of work selling this place, you really should pay him the commission that he says you promised him." I don't know. But a vague comment like "I'll look after you" doesn't constitute a contractual promise, especially since you were working for the seller, not the buyer.
Unless you're claiming that, while you were working for the seller and representing his interests in the deal, for which he owes you a commission, you were also representing the buyer in the deal and representing his interests, for which he also owes you money.
The recurring theme in Raz's dirty laundry stories is that there are no written agreements to pay him money, yet everyone owes him money and then he bad mouths them in public for being deadbeats.

"Best" might be a bit much, but I generally agree with Kampong on this one. It was very well run.ricecakes wrote:You must be joking.Kampong Blues wrote:

Are you saying that both the buyer and the seller knew you were working for, and being paid by both of them? I can't imagine why they would be okay with that. That seems odd to me.raz wrote:....He agreed to "look after me and asked what commission is owed" to persuade Dunk to accept his offer as he was fully aware of the other party/s.
