Have you tried HomeTop or HomeFix on MTT or Cambodian Superstore on St. 1986? You could also try the plant "shops" on Russian Blvd, St. 1986 etc.
If you want it for outdoor use definitely don't bother with the yellow/pink/green/blue taffeta string they sell almost everywhere; it degrades in less than a year due to the UV.
