Addictive jalopenos are...kind of like kimchi and salsa.

Speaking of tasty spicy peppers, I had padrón peppers (they might have been shishito) at Doors the other day. Any idea where they're sourcing those from?patcan wrote:Addictive jalopenos are...kind of like kimchi and salsa.
My buddy Tom Drury says the padrons are sourced from Vietnam.
Tom say the padrons or Japanese version called 'shitsos' can be bought at Lucky Supermarket

The jalopenos are in plastic containers, 1.1 litre and 500 ml...I presently have a big container of whole jalopenos, a big sliced and 6 small sliced containers...Unipac plastic containers from Thailand which I also have for sale ....
Also have 1 dill picle left.... Everything was pickled 43 days ago and has always been refridgerated.

I will take another order of 1 big container of whole jalopenos and 1 dill pickle if still available
Just saw your message...Larry's Bar took the last large whole jalopeno...Still have 1 large sliced jalopeno mixed with carrot and white radish going for 7 $ and 3 small sliced jalopenos (500 ml containers) of the same....3 for 10$.
Good news for jalopeno lovers....Am picking up 10 packs from Thailand this afternoon...will pickle tomorrow.....look at the pics and place your order now....will go very quickly....Should be about 60-70 jalopenos.zz
13 packs....should be 6 in a pack.... Waiting for the 16:30 flight.....think I will pickle 90 percent whole....a large whole one for you Miguelito.
The jalopenos have landed! 108 in total, which, when mixed with carrot and white radish slices, works out to 12 large tubs. Most are a bit smaller this time (9 to a pack compared to 6 previously) but the 3 packs from The King's Project are large. All are rock hard and give off a high quality jalopeno aroma. Miguelito is getting 1 and so am I, and so is Tom....= 9 left for sale...Order now and specify, sliced or whole....While supplies last which won't be long.
