G'day folks,
Imported these with the intention of making some small model steam and sterling engines and such but never got around to using them. Used the mill once for a small custom spanner, and the lathe twice, maybe one hour total usage on both. Excellent condition, some very minor surface rust on one of the knobs of the mill, that’s it.
Mill comes with a small set of decent end mills (maybe 4), drill chuck (useless), and it’s full set of tools, and the lathe comes with a few cutting tools, centre drills, a few HSS blanks, & it’s full compliment of tools plus extra gear ratios.
Both work well as expected, being practically new. I believe I paid around $2k ($2,080?) for both after shipping and import taxes.
Asking:
$850 for the mill
$750 for the lathe
Or $1,500 for both.
Will consider trade for (full or partial) for a moto or scooter. Not too picky on type, just would like it to be name brand and have full documents at least.
Pictures should answer the rest of the questions regarding specs, etc.
I linked to the most similar versions on ebay I could find.

New (almost) hobby machinist equipment, lathe & mill. $1,500 for both.
I suppose you could, but only reason I'd see it necessary is if you're turning some very precise pieces for whatever reason.

I am surprised that this has not been sold yet, I would have thought that it would have been snapped up instantly.

This seems like the sort of thing Ricecakes would kick the tires on extensively and then not buy.

Pipe makers use metal lathes because of the precision tooling. There's nothing on the metal lathe that makes it unsuitable for wood, it's just slightly overkill for free hand style stuff.
Price drop to $1000 for both or $600 for the mill and $500 for the lathe. Last price.
Will be in phnom penh for the next week or two so i can show these to anyone in person.

Are these still available ?

Yes they are. Im in phnom penh for the next few days so its best to message me if you want to see them.
Still available, and still would consider a trade (partial or full) for a motorbike or scooter of similar value.
