west side.
that's where it's all happening now.
the main drag along the east doesn't allow for riverside buildings with the exception of the Fish Market or much, much further up stream. they have the full 30 meter set back.
the west side however is under control of a few 4 stars and hard titles were issued last year to allow for a few multi storied hotels to be built.
before we put the beach in 3 years ago.. the river came right up to the wall of my building.
we now have an additional 3 meter easement where we can put out tables and chairs and such.
nothing permanent we were told though our neighbors are putting in a dock.
have to see how that goes.
