About three or four years ago the UK Immigration authorities busted a massive ring of fake language schools in England, and most of the students on dodgy visas were from the Indian sub-continent. The crackdown affected a lot of proper students from Asia. They're still up to their tricks and again might adversely impact on the decent honest students trying to get visas to study in the UK.

That's amateur hour. I know of an Arab student who bought an exceptionally expensive earpiece which sits in the ear canal and is held in place by magnets. He then read out his university exam question very quietly and paid someone else to compose an answer and read it back to him while he wrote it out word for word. That's next level.
