This is really great news. For the first time, the government made serious efforts to prevent the wholesale cheating that has always been the norm in the school leaving exams. It must have been effective because it's apparent most of the students (maybe 80%) have failed.
Really? I thought the results of the first round (now that we know it's going to be a second round) were not published until the end of August.
