It might help to give just the slightest hint as to what the job is. After all, where I come from 'Sun Valley' is a chicken farm. Do you teach chickens how to lay eggs?
And is the red bow tie compulsory?

You can use logic to justify anything. That's its power. It's also its flaw.

I apologize, we need English teachers.
Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience, and therefore negotiable.

Seriously, if you put a little effort into your post rather than a quick copy & paste job, you might get interest from decently qualified teachers. For example, do you want kindergarten teachers, teachers of adults, or what?svisrecruit wrote:I apologize, we need English teachers.
Why don't you direct people to your website or your Facebook page?

Not many in Cambodia don't.andyinasia wrote:The school does have a rather American flavor.
In fact, not many is SE Asia/China don't.
There are a couple of Filipino flavoured, one or two Malaysian flavoured, some Australian (prawn) flavoured, lots of Chinese flavoured, but very few British.
I don't even know if BISPP implements a British curriculum (what is that anymore, anyway?)/only uses UK English spelling.
Mmm...opening, LOL.

I really can't see why anyone with qualifications or a brain would work as an English teacher in PP, apart from a few jobs that pay $20 p h inc holidays. There are just far too many holidays here to earn such a pittance. (approx $2 p h if you add in homework, exam marking and holidays) which is why so many low end teachers work every work day and still have no money to pay for visas.
Vietnam, lowest wage is $15 , 2 weeks holiday a year, no homework, no exam marking, no curriculum making, no extra curricular activities etc etc. Normal wages in HCM for example is $18-22. Food is a lot cheaper if you like to cook at home. Rents are more but what you get is generally much better e g 22nd floor penthouse 4 bedroom apartment with roof top garden, com swimming pool, tennis court, supermarket $700 p c m.
I suggest that all teachers with a brain and who still have a valid passport leave PP immediately and go to HCMC ($5 and 5 hours on the bus). Once there, work for a term or a year, up to you. and come back to Cambodia to spend all that cash.
This will fuck up the fuck heads, who run the private schools here. Hopefully eventually forcing them to increase their wages for the first time in 10 years! It will also have the added benefit of Cambodians loving the Vietcash and pissing of the Chinese and Korean owners.
