If not, I agree New English File is probably the best course out there and it comes with really good extension activities and tasks.
Since most coursebooks nowadays take an holistic approach to teaching the core-skills, I really don't see the need to have seperate Listening or Writing courses, unless they have a very narrow scope - for example report writing skills specifically aimed at NGO workers. Instead, if a group or indeed an individual has a particular weakness then the teacher should pick up on this and ensure that additional practice is given. The materials are usually so abundant with these courses nowadays that it shouldn't mean too much extra work.
