That goes for me too (except for the 'miss' bit)!horace wrote:Just out of interest Stanislaw what experience do you have or is this your first gig? Please keep us informed as to how things turn out and any funny weird stuff that goes on as I kinda miss the crack of working in factory schools with all the other nutters both teachers n students.

I came, I argued, I'm out
I will keep you updated . I replied to the offer by asking the levels and hours. In regards to experience, I only have some hours teaching during CELTA taken in Vietnam four months ago for a laugh and a first degree .

Interesting , the fact that they're paying a starting wage of twelve dollars confirms what I've heard about them trying to raise the standard of their factory status. Agree with AiA not a bad wage for the first step on the ladder. Looking forward to hearing your updates , good luck and here 's hoping you enjoy the experience.
k440, something to do when you're pissed.

They're changing course books and increasing the days taught by a western teacher to 3/5 for their AEP at lower levels. It won't be hard to raise standards there - this is a school that teaches the present perfect to students who have been learning English for a year.
