Teaching English Online
As soon as I noticed the last posts in this thread shifting from UKJ to Vlad to UKJ to Vlad, I knew that it wasn't to address the OP's question but to bicker.
Alright, you are asked to behave.

It is a holdover from their little spat on that other site. UKJ will never get over the fact that his plan to get Vladimir banned spectacularly back fired, and of course Vladimir is incapable of letting an argument go.Joon wrote:As soon as I noticed the last posts in this thread shifting from UKJ to Vlad to UKJ to Vlad, I knew that it wasn't to address the OP's question but to bicker.

@UKJ, your Goggle skills would seem to be deficient, I put four words into the search engine and got plenty of results(the links I checked all work). You'd be working as a freelancer and the salary depends on the amount of hours you work. To get the hourly rates you would need to apply, and I wasn't going to do that just to help you out. The four words are "online positions teaching english" Now be a good boy for Joon, forget Vladimir, and go and find yourself a job.
Contrary to my expectations going in, this has been a useful, informative thread. I'd never even thought of online teaching.
As far as I can tell, the whole online teaching thing nuts down to earning potential per hour v's number of hours you can feasibly pick up. Most of the online jobs pay in the $12 - $20 p/hour range - not much different to the pay rates in Phnom Penh and most likely at far less convenient times. The plum $35 p/hour jobs are few and far between and you'd need a solid 10 hours a week to stay afloat in Cambodia, which would be hard to guarantee I reckon.
The guy mentioned giving lessons down as Serendepity probably makes $10 an hour, but he gets to put little effort in by the sounds of it - and he gets to sit on a beach all day. At the higher end, you'd probably be doing IELTS prep classes and doing that from a deckchair, half baked on Serendepity probably 'ain't gonna happen.....

Only Rain Dog or Vlad could dream up that twisted bull, and can threadfuck to that standard, and can't let things go. You guys are like two turds in a toilet bowl, so it's difficult to guess what one of you twisted losers it is.
If there were jobs as Vlad described, you would have posted them.

I'd previously saved this link. Which has others, and Chinese Craiglist type sites teachers can advertise on.

I can (almost) tolerate justifiable criticism re my politics/whatever. However when Cock Womble, senior member of the Google Retard Club, asks for information, gets guidance, and then continues to insult people who try to help him, I'm done.UKJ wrote:Only Rain Dog or Vlad could dream up that twisted bull, and can threadfuck to that standard, and can't let things go. We're the losers? Jesus, you want to teach online and can't even do a Google search!
scoffer is a PC genius compared to you.
Go cry to the mods about your Cock Womble title, you deserve it.
For those of us who know how to enter a search string on Google or use a meta search, your kindergarten class on how to use the internet is over. Toodles.

Why bother with google when Vlad knows everything.
My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.

It's 'Google', btw. You also missed a question mark.

You didn't try to help or give guidance. Check your posts. They were gibberish. You even brought up a global conspiracy by ISIS, rather than back up an earlier post about online rates. If you could find any evidence, you'd be on here crowing about how clever you think you are as you can use google better than someone else.
Like I said, if you don't want to help, don't post in the thread. And don't come back in the thread using your sock puppet, like you did the last time I asked you to leave. I don't remember a spat with you on CEO, so I don't know how a third party would. So it was obviously you. Only your ego would spin it to make my banning about you. I was banned because I told Gen Mac to go f**k himself or words to that effect.
And by the way. Don't make out we are on first name terms. It's Mr Cock Womble to you!

Fine, next time I'll drop your given name, (Cunt) and use the more formal Mr. Cock-Womble el Prima Donna, your full title. Happy now?UKJ wrote:And by the way. Don't make out we are on first name terms. It's Mr Cock Womble to you!
Btw, those search results on Google? I paid them to list fakes for me.

The closest I have ever seen to the wages you said, was an email I got trying to sell me a tefl course. It was obviously a sales pitch, rather than anything near what you'd get. However, that guy Ian Usher, who sold his life on ebay ( I kid you not, I saw the documentary about him) , posted in the comments about a telesales type of deal. The next guy said he's been offered $2 an hour , then $3 after he haggled

I'm sure in the documentary, he had bought an island somewhere. I guess he and his wife couldn't support themselves online designing websites, and went to China to teach. I'll gugle it later, or whatever it's called.
