+5? Just use a coke bottle instead. Nearly time for corrective surgery?
I have used Paris optics for myself. No issue and was recommended to me but I already had my prescription so didn't need the tests.

You'd be surprised how thin the lenses are these days.GMJS-440 wrote:+5? Just use a coke bottle instead. Nearly time for corrective surgery?

Not interested in any laser surgery. As I'm not short sighted I'll be like "Oh" after the surgery instead of "OMG, I can see without glasses!" If I was short sighted. That lot really are blind without their specs. The McGoo's.
I'll wait until I get significantly short sighted as well and by that time corneal implants will be the norm. (They make an incision at the bottom of the eye. I'm not sure what the long term scar damage would do in laser surgery, which cut the front of the eye, plus I really don't want anyone slicing my eye open thanks.)

I've just been put on the organ waiting list for my second corneal transplant. I'll send you the pics of the surgery...YaTingPom wrote:, plus I really don't want anyone slicing my eye open thanks.)
