Choi said way too often by toddlers
Choi said way too often by little kids
Choi said way too often by teenagers
Choi said way too often by poor people
Choi said way too often by rich people
Choi said way too often by any Khmer when drinking with a foreigner trying to say "Chol muoy" for the first time

Choi marai that's a lot of choi!

The tuk tuks should know better, but they say,

"Hello brother"

"Hello my friend".

To an Australian this is off-putting. You are not my brother, you are not my friend. "Hello, Sir" would do them better.

It would be better if they did not speak until spoken to - actually, that should go for Aussies too !
