If the OP gives a bit more context he 'might' get more helpful replies.
I often don't understand random requests like this from folk who clearly have no understanding about the language. Asking weirdly specific questions.
OP - pluralisation in Khmer is nothing like English. Extra words are added to imply more than one. Sometimes the word is repeated sometimes 'many' or 'many people' is added after.
Give a context and I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

Nouns don't have a plural form in Khmer, but adding the word 'ពួក' (puok) before a group denotes plural...e.g puok Khmer, puok yerng.

It's both singular and plural. It's usually plural in reference to the 6 million living here illegally and another 20 million living illegally in Kampuchea Krom. It's possible also to make statements like "Despicable Yuon" in reference to anyone you don't particularly like.
