Hi--
Arrived few weeks ago and want to meet some other musicians (drummer, bass, Rhodes organ, etc) who want to jam out and play some tunes, maybe gigs as well.
Various influences, rock and blues and more, open to most styles...
If interested, email me at camerado at camerado.com
J "J" R
PS--I play guitar, also vocals, a little harp. Could pick up a bass if need be...

I can pick up a bass too... if need be.
I am also very good at picking up guitars, all wind instruments, all percussion instruments, and drum kits (if disassembled).
I can also pick up some speakers, but prefer not to.
I can also pick up a microphone.
(By the way, should you be using that avatar? As soon as I saw it, I assumed your were Vox!)
CamSoze and Playboy,
For shame on you guys, diluting a perfectly good thread, full of pisstakes, with your serious and helpful responses. Ah well, I suppose its all about balance, the yin and the yang and all that ....
Nemokyrre .. really... that is just TOO obvious.. did you EVEN TRY to be subtle???
Baggy, I think you are just showing off now! Ever since you have figured out the URL quoting function, I think you have used it in every post... some posts twice... your most objectionably one being... not herebaggygravy wrote:His unique guitar and foghorn combination could set your jamming-out sessions on FIRE!

Good old Norwegian guitar-hero Terje Rypdal actually made a composition for foghorn, guitar and an F-16 jet which he performed outside the southernmost lighthouse of Norway... It was an event I will always remember, and thus I am now doomed to roam the world in search of foghorns to jam out with...

Not only do I have a copy, I've also got it all on videotape... Back home, though. I'll send you a copy whenever I go back. I will also include the local lighthouse cult-record featuring recordings of several fog-horns and fog-bells from around the country, not to mention a sadly underappreciated composition for fog-horn, fog-bell, fog-buoy-far-at-sea and a violin trio.
To be taken with a double dose of your favourite hallucinogenic drug to enjoy the clearing of the mind-fog and the lovely lighthouse cover-art.
