Not worth the paper it's printed on?

The Bayon Pearnik was never exactly the Wall Street Journal, but Jeezus H. Criminey. Do they let ANYBODY write for them these days? The thing is unreadable. What a bunch of girzzled, old, panty-waste writers. I hope they don't pay for those articles.

But did you know that their editor/publisher can peel a banana with his feet?

Theirs no way there magazine is as good as there trying to make it, you should of known.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Some of the articles I like a lot, and some are the worst ever written.
If you have insomnia, try reading "ghosts at the embassy..." you'll be asleep before you finish the first sentence. The FDA is in the process of approving it for chronic insomnia; however, side effects can be brutal, which include jumping off a bridge if you try reading more than one paragraph in a 24 hour period.

....or how about about the ongoing sexual escapades of frisky old Stan Kahn - the septuagenarian who obsesses over teenage flange.

Even those stories bore me.keeping_it_riel wrote:....or how about about the ongoing sexual escapades of frisky old Stan Kahn - the septuagenarian who obsesses over teenage flange.
I do like the "bits from the beach" as it's nice to hear what's going on down there....

To be fair, Stan seems to have laid off the bargirl stories. Some of his recent stuff has been good, and the Bayon does have the odd good piece. I remember one recent issue that seemed outstanding, but then that might have been the beer thinking.

Loved its audaciousness when I first arrived here 9 years ago. It has deteriorated badly since then and Stan's contributions are the worst examples of the decline. Agree that it's still better than AsiaLife.
