A chilled water, Internetbraggenburgen 2015, very nice year, with a lingering slight aftertaste of chlorine
Faeries, come take me out of this dull world, For I would ride with you upon the wind, Run on the top of the dishevelled tide, And dance upon the mountains like a flame.
There's nothing in my glass on this Friday afternoon, although within the next five minutes after a short scooter ride (with a helmet) there will be a Heineken.
Stay safe, fuckers.

Before 5pm its usually just water (juice for breakfast. After 5pm as I please, normally Single Malt or Chivas. Red wine or Rose or Kir, if I feel like it. And sometimes even Gin or Vodka with Tonic will do. In my former life before my retirement 3 years ago I used to be a professional beer drinker. That reminds me that there is a new resto in Tuol Kork in street 566 called Premiere Restaurant and Pub, food fairly priced and eatable (east meats west) and draft Tiger beer for $1.50 a glas for 0.33 (good beer, perfect temparature).
Remnants from a gathering earlier in the week makes for clutter on the breakfast bar, and may also be construed as evidence of a drinking problem. The G&T I've just mixed is the beginning of an attempt at concealment.
I may be drunk for some time this weekend.

Stop giving me ideas, Londo. I'm partial to the odd G and T, although have been attempting to replace the tonic with soda recently. Quiet agreeable with some lime and a dash of sugar. What the yanks call a Tom Collins, I believe.

Russian Standard Vodka.... I like to buy good vodkas here as they are unbelievably cheap, although i cannot tell the difference.
Many moons ago when I used to go clubbing every friday night with my mates, one of them had a particularly nasty party trick.
This chap - who had a chest of hair like chubacca - would wait until you were not looking and would then pinch off a monstrous wad of his chest fur and dunk it in whatever glass of liquid you happened to be imbibing on.
It is not much fun gagging on your mate's chest pubes i can tell you.

Rated R for Ricecakes
A healthy slug of real cuban rum, gifted from a cuban colleague, the rum itself filched from one of the regular free flow rum/cigar/salsa parties at the cuban embassy. It sounds like castro's commies do look after their citizens in cambodia, ay carumba!
