Strange...I live on curries and I reckon they're pretty good. The dhal makhani especially
I might have to give them another look. I only went in there one time and it was disappointing. Went with the kids, my daughter ordered a butter chicken as she always does and I ordered a Madras. The waiter then asked if we wanted the dish spicy, this is a red flag for me, of course a butter chicken is supposed to be mild and a madras is supposed to be spicy.
Anyway, I went along with it and said to make the madras spicy and the butter chicken not spicy. Food arrives and the butter chicken is basically Cambell's tomato soup with chicken floating in it, no spice, flavour or seasoning what so ever. The madras was also way too mild, I sent both back and said, cook them how they are supposed to be cooked.
On the second attempt they got it half right, but still not great as they had clearly just pepped up the food we sent back rather than doing it again. Also they were strictly rationing the popodom's which didn't make the kids happy. I'd be happy to buy them if they wanted.
