With the USD/AUD spot rate at 75.94c on bloomberg/cnbc, the AUDsmart system quoted me AUD5000 = receive USD3735
So a margin of around 1.3% for that example
Quote from Ozforex at the same time was AUD5000 = receive USD3744 less AUD15 fee and USD10 Canadia bank fee = ~receive USD3723 net
So roughly the same net amount received using either Ozforex or Audsmart. Audsmart better by USD12
Correct, or am I missing something ?
Thank you for your business with us and Have a nice day.
You get their best rate for amounts of $20,000 and above.
Just got 76.02 when xe.com quotes the mid point at 76.99.
Trying other amounts on AUD smart for $5k it was 75.72, for $1k it was 75.05 for $10k it was 75.84
You will never get the mid point from anyone (and that quote is for millions at a time being bought and sold and does not include brokerage fees), always the buy or the sell rate depending on what side you are transacting. All in all with no fees, that is not a bad deal. I will be using them soon.
