I have read through all this forum, but apart from people recommending Dr Scott, is there no alternative when needing a test for an STD, say. I mean one that doesn't require a blood test, and causes a certain pain when taking a pee! I've heard some local clinics are able, some not? Need some meds soon.
Hmmmm.
Are local clinics capable of this?

Pasteur Clinic next to Calmette does a full range of STD tests. But they do the dreaded swab test for gonorrhoea, rather than the pee sample test that almost all other countries now use.

I hear that MW has ways to get the costs up to that offensive $50 level.epidemiks wrote:Gonorrhoea?
If it's that, they're probably gonna stick a q tip in your dick no matter where you go. Probably any local clinic. Try MW at himawari if you're loath to spend 50 bucks on a consultation.

Hmmmm.
However If your in pain and need immediate relief you could do the following field expedient quick fix at your own risk
If its drippy with a yellowish discharge its likely to be Gonorrhoea. If its whitish discharge or sometimes very little its likely to be Chlamydia.
For Gonorrhoea a 400mg Cefixime tablet should work, you could also use 500mg Cipro but I think the Gonorrhoea may be resistant to this here by now.
For Chlamydia 1g Azithromicin which is best followed by a 250g tablet on day 2 and 3
Likely that you have both so run both regimens.
Dont just take my word check what I said by google/particularly side effects etc. The downside of self medicating is that it screws up subsequent lab tests for a while
If you have rashes and/or ulcers they need checking out.
Best advice is to see Dr Scott asap

All sorted now gents (hopefully). Meo, I went that route anyway and all seems good so far. Dosed up a lot more than what you said - just to make sure. No side effects.
