Brain function and mood.

It's a common complaint; health and healthcare in Cambodia is basic at best. Here is the forum to share information about doctors, hospitals, dentists and all other health-related issues, and for Dagenham to nag us about healthy breakfasts.

Brain function and mood.

Interesting study on the importance water...

'The effects of dehydration in real life have not been well documented. It wasn’t until 2013 that the first study to investigate the effects of mild dehydration on a variety of feelings was published.'

Another very interesting link on H20, who would've thought that boring ole water had a lot going for it.

Beer is indeed cited as having a net positive influence on your body water in one of the links, unlike wine, etc - :pissed: (

Standard measurement for me simply the colour of what's going out - should be pretty much clear like water, else you're possibly dehydrated. Also we're in a tropical country, so whatever suggested measures are given by US, UK, EU, advisory bodies probably needs to be upped. Which means more beer.
:pissed:

I'm sure everyone is different sizes/activity rates/body composition, etc, so the only consistent way I would suggest is the simple pee colour test - if you're firing out weird Berocca or asparagus influenced stuff, without having taken Berocca or eaten asparagus, chances are a cup of water wouldn't go amiss :-)
