Anyone have their arms/legs plated/screwed back together?

It's a common complaint; health and healthcare in Cambodia is basic at best. Here is the forum to share information about doctors, hospitals, dentists and all other health-related issues, and for Dagenham to nag us about healthy breakfasts.

Those detectors never alarm anything to me...
I have metal stick in my ankle and screws in knee from moto accident five years ago. Back then everything went almost well in Calmette.

If I remember correctly I think mine are titanium which don’t set off the alarms.
The hospital gave me a card for my wallet which was meant to be presented to airport security. No one ever asked me to see it and I think I’ve probably lost it now anyway.

Likewise, titanium screws, it was done back home, quite a pain the first month.
But it's my other knee that hurts most these days, actually.
