I bought a bottle from Thai Huot at $28. Costs $12 online.
I bought one prior to this from Angkor Mart for $16, but they're out of stock.
Anyone have any recommendations?

Ucare pharmacy has quite some supplements but check first which one you need there are also cheap bullshit products out there.

There is Glucosamine Sulphate and there is Glucosamine HCL, and they often sell mixes like Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin
if you have the chance you could order here:

What's up with these kind of supplements? Aren't most of them bullshit that give close to zero benefits?

they could give some relieve in some some cases. but indeed beware most supplements are a rip off.
I do think a good quality organic multi vitamin mineral could give some benefits, but most of those multi vitamins sold are just synthetic.
Synthetic vitamins are created by someone in a lab. In contrast, organic vitamins are derived from real food and are also sometimes referred to as natural.
to name just a few good things to eat here are bananas, pineapple, papaya, Saba fish, vegetables as much as you can and drink a coconut from time to time and that will also helps you feel better overall.

I don't do BCAAs or even whey protein. I stick to normal protein and get my extras from chocolate milk and egg whites.
Glucosamine is needed for my knees. I have bad knees and It is a necessity to always do leg day.

Come on now Playboy. I give more of a fuck about scotch eggs than a comma or semi colon or capital letters.
