Dr. or Physical Therapist for Whiplash
Dr. or Physical Therapist for Whiplash
I was in a relatively minor motorbike accident and have whiplash as a result. Its gotten better, but I still have some stiffness in the back of my neck and upper back. Can anyone recommend a doctor or possibly physical therapist for something like this?
These guys http://www.physiotherapy-phnompenh.com/ solved some issues for me and one or two. Website doesn't seem to work properly so you might have to google them.

Seconded on those guys. They have two locations, one near calmet and the other Russian market area. Mark at the first knows his stuff.

I've been watching as many youtbe clips as possible about this.
the most professional seem to say that u need someone else to put weight on joints etc/ basically just exercise by yourself doesn't cut it.
Would you all agree? I had a tendon from my neck to shoulder snapped and apparently the doc just tied it like a shoelace and that's no prob. still feels a bit weird though.
No real possibility of me getting phsiotherapy here.
