I am considering our maternity leave policy for staff who have babies. I appreciate the law says 50% of salary with three months time off which is a minimum standard.
Has anyone come across any companies with more generous terms than that? For example paying 100% salary or offering longer periods out of the workplace? If so can you please name company names so I can reference.
Maternity leave pay and conditions
The Cambodian government are rather generous in this aspect, Mrs P= 100% for 3 months.
