Well he's certainly proved he could read. From this exchange it's also abundantly clear who the real control freak dickhead is.DPP wrote:As a 'lawyer' (as you claim to be) you should be able to read better than that

Wow Don-Pierre. How did you go all these years and not get on my radar.
You're a weirdo....but you must be a well-heeled weirdo that pulls in a decent wedge in order for your girlfriend to feel it worth the unending bother to put up with this amount of overbearing, oppressive, hooey.

Well, you wrote that your girlfriend's friend was a "bitch" who made a "serious attempt" at "poisoning" your girlfriend's mind by flaunting her wealth. You wrote that your response was to contact her husband about her Facebook posts, leading to the end of your girlfriend's friendship with this woman.
If the FB posts had nothing to do with the issue, why did you contact her husband about them? If you didn't have a problem with the FB posts, why contact her husband? I don't see how you can reasonably claim I'm twisting your words here.Don-Pierre de Plume wrote:
How true. I've experienced it myself quite recently. While in Australia, there was this serious attempt at poisoning my GF's mind who was so impressed with her long lost friend's money and lifestyle in Sydney (husband being a banker on a salary in excess of $1m p/a).
Funny thing... after I made the husband aware of his wife's facebook posts, the bitch immediately lost her account and her friendship with my GF.
He just didn't appreciate his face being plastered all over the net and showing everybody what they ate for lunch and dinner.
Your posts reveal a pattern of interfering in your girlfriend's relationship with others.
In one thread you complained that your girlfriend wasn't charging her family rent to live in her house.
In another thread you complained about your girlfriend letting her adult daughter drive her car. You also complained about your girlfriend and her adult daughter speaking Khmer at the dinner table, and you imposed a "rule" forbidding this. You mentioned that you gave your girlfriend a laptop and she allowed family members to install games on it, which you then uninstalled, claiming that was not the laptop's purpose.
You also complained that your girlfriend's sister was untrustworthy and had bad habits and that you wanted to throw her out of your girlfriend's house.
Finally, you boasted here that you "eventually got rid of the evil sister" but complained about your girlfriend taking advice from your "fucking interfering mother in law."
The recurring theme here is you not liking your girlfriend's relationships with other people and you then trying to undermine, control, or destroy those relationships, like by contacting her friend's husband about his wife's benign Facebook posts.

Anyone who doesn't like Capitalism is a pathetic loser. God bless the USA and no place else.
Evil sister sounds like a dream !;

I'm pretty much convinced that GM is a trained attack dog lawyer. The kind that rich old ladies hire to beat bloody any that get in their way. Just like the ironman body guard unit, American style.
On the bright side, my missus' mind can't be corrupted. Younger sister was planning on getting an old one legged overseas Khmer to sponsor her so she could clean him out and run. Missus just put the kibosh on that and also informed the man.

Being new to Cambodia at the time, I joined this forum to ask some questions and whereas most guys gave me perfectly normal answers, the psychopath immediately went on the attack and changes them into 'complaints'.newkidontheblock wrote:I'm pretty much convinced that GM is a trained attack dog lawyer. Anyone who bothers to follow the links will see he's a lying twisted little cunt. Then some readers here get onto the bandwagon for their entertainment. Absolutely pathetic.
These were my original questions:
1. When a son/daughter has a well paying job (by Khmer standards) is it normal for them to not pay rent to the parents, when living with the parents?
2. When a son/daughter marries and the spouse lives in, do they still not pay anything?
3. When the parents move elsewhere, they live there rent-free forever?
That seems to be at odds with children supporting parents, maybe I am told some BS.

1. Ask about getting rid of your girlfriend's fat and lazy and evil sister
2. Seek advice about dealing with your stupid and fucking interfering mother in law
3. Whinge about your girlfriend's younger relatives being undisciplined, including her daughter who hates you
4. Call your girlfriend's Khmer friend in Australia a bitch who was trying to poison her mind.
If these aren't complaints, what do you say about people who do things that you don't care for?

There is a difference between the various levels of wealth of the villages in the KOW, hence the different experiences of the various posters.
The village and commune my missus is from has been blessed by jobs and rising opportunities. It was dirt poor decades ago. But since then has a nice golf course that even people from the big city come to play at, for example, and other industries.
It's quite the norm for locals to have parties for lots of things here, and to invite Buddhist monks to come and bless. In this case, the monks came to pray for her dead mother soul.
