Well different people by the sounds of it but they sound the exact same haha. Khmer bargirlish peasant wife who never stops talking about money money money... incessantly,,, with a husband who works way high up in the banking industry in Australia ( but isn't Australian haha)

An Aussie bloke in an upper position of a bank dumps his wife because she exposed too much about him on social media. Let me get this straight, now his friends are doing the same here? Ironic, is it not?
Bless

I wasn't 100% sure of that (used the word 'believe'), and as you took it as fact I edited that part out.Alexandra wrote:An Aussie bloke in an upper position of a bank dumps his wife because she exposed too much about him on social media. Nah. I keep it all to myself. Family would I'm crazy to come to the KOW for the perfect girl. Especially since there are so many 100 kg+ and age 50+ multiple divorcees just waiting for the right man back at home.LexusSchmexus wrote:I have to say that most of these posts sound like emails destined to family members back home about everything new and exciting he's experiencing.
Rather than get the same look that GM gets when he opens up his passport when he returns from the KOW, I don't say a thing. Except on K440 of course.
Don't worry, be happy.

Haha, my family thinks I am cray too. Suspicious of her motives, and undertones of suspicion with my own, seeing as it is Cambodia after all. Sister takes such good care of me when I visit and asserts that there are lots of ladies just like her who would do the same. Ladies my own age, emphasis on my own age.newkidontheblock wrote:Nah. When I talk about my relationship they never ask questions and don't encourage the convo. Sad.
The problem with the world is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Many Khmer women who presumably grow up in poverty will then be exited/proud if their living standards improve and will post photos of nice restaurants on Facebook. This was not an attempt to poison your girlfriend's mind. Her friend was acting the way most similarly situated Khmer women would.Don-Pierre de Plume wrote:
How true. I've experienced it myself quite recently. While in Australia, there was this serious attempt at poisoning my GF's mind who was so impressed with her long lost friend's money and lifestyle in Sydney (husband being a banker on a salary in excess of $1m p/a).
Funny thing... after I made the husband aware of his wife's facebook posts, the bitch immediately lost her account and her friendship with my GF.
He just didn't appreciate his face being plastered all over the net and showing everybody what they ate for lunch and dinner.
Confronting that lady's husband and complaining about that his wife's Facebook posts were poisoning your girlfriend's mind was a dick move. I'm not surprised though, given your long history of over-meddling in your girlfriend's personal affairs and relationships with other people.

I think you can delete "Khmer women" and insert "people."gavinmac wrote: Many Khmer women who presumably grow up in poverty will then be exited/proud if their living standards improve and will post photos of nice restaurants on Facebook.

I can't imagine a scenario in the reality I live in where another grown man would confront me about my wife's facebook posts. If anything, I'd probably just tell my wife to post more shit and trigger the loser.
Anyone who doesn't like Capitalism is a pathetic loser. God bless the USA and no place else.

My fiance hates the show off shit of her friends on FB and wants no part of it. She posts almost nothing and values her privacy. I like that.gavinmac wrote:Many Khmer women who presumably grow up in poverty will then be exited/proud if their living standards improve and will post photos of nice restaurants on Facebook. Not so fast gav, he might be onto something there.gavinmac wrote:over-meddling in your girlfriend's personal affairs and relationships with other people.
It very well may be prudent to keep a short leash, especially seeing as how certain 'prominent' 440er's seem to have a penchant for fucking their 'friends' wives and/or girlfriends. Felg's PM to me was disturbingly illuminating in this regard.
