Flying one-way to Thailand
I am visiting a wedding in Thailand next month (flight PP-BKK) and was contemplating to come back to PP over land. Is that easily doable or do the Thai authorities want a confirmed return flight? I have a one-year visa for Cambodia if that helps...

If you can book a bus ticket online that would be best. Another option is this site https://onward.flights

But I'd better explain, she doesn't need two seats (me either) the third one is for our son. Save you asking.

Last November I was asked by Bangkok Airways staff upon checking in how I intended to return from Thailand. No issue whatsoever at Thai immigration.

on inquiries at thai embassy pp 1 year cambo visa seemed to unlock pathways. change of attitude. yeah they are bad news.
i'd be in possession 20000 baht cash if trying it. but not going to try it. lost too much money, had too much problems with airlines and immigration in the past already. land borders for me.

Is it still a limit of two entries per year to Thailand when you used land borders?Youn Hoo Fatt wrote:land borders for me.
That could be one reason for "flying in".

two entries per calendar year by land unless you have a pre-issued visa from the embassy , currently i wouldnt even push more than two entries by either land or air without a pre-issued visa, they make the rules up by whim as they go along. after ying luck comes back to the pm position things will change for the betterBillyB wrote:Is it still a limit of two entries per year to Thailand when you used land borders?Youn Hoo Fatt wrote:land borders for me.

Thanks, sounds easier than I thought.
What area would you visit to see 'nature' in Cambodia's North-East? Is Phnom Kulen worth it for a weekend?

Do you mean that you want to travel back from Thailand over land, and interested in places to see "nature" in the North West of Cambodia?sounds_never_seen wrote:Thanks, sounds easier than I thought.
