Visa fee increase
You can't really judge the price of a VOA from the cost of an EOS from an agency, last time VOA prices were increased the cost of an EOS from most agents didn't change, as they they're already charging at least $100+ The official EOS fee.

I don't have first hand knowledge but the royal embassy pf Cambodia (US) website is quoting the new fees of $35 (T) and $40 (E). Link belowPSD_Kiwi wrote:logos wrote:I read the tourist and ordinary visa fees would increase by yet another $5 on July 1st.
I haven't heard anything about the 6 & 12 months visas.
Anyone heard any updates on this? There's a post on FB with some guy claiming $5 increase started on 1st July but he hasn't provided any evidence to support his claim. I still haven't seen any statements from the MoFAIC or Immigration Department about a visa fee increase.

looks like the official website, even more so as it constantly resizes on my screen
^ That Embassy website you posted the link to has quoted those same prices for years, even prior to the last VOA fee increase. It contains a lot of outdated and incorrect information also, for example it states that visas for children under 12 are free but as of Sept 2016 children's visas cost the same as adults.

Ah ok, my bad. I checked the e-visa and is still coming out at $36 so would suggest it hasn't changed.PSD_Kiwi wrote:^ That Embassy website you posted the link to has quoted those same prices for years, even prior to the last VOA fee increase. This country is so hard to get a proper answer.

Thanks Durian grey, confirms that the visa fee increase as of 1st July was nothing but a rumour, as expected.

This is a not-so-good news to me. I'm on a tight budget now.
