So I've arrived in HCMC with a one way bus ticket on the free 15 days tourist visa without any issue. Now the next step... Could anyone enlighten me as to the possibility of an ordinary Cambodia visa of 3 months so I don't have to do this ball ache every 30 days? Is this possible at land borders, or has my decision of a tourist visa 2 months ago effed up the rest of my time here?

Get the E-type (Ordinary) Visa on arrival, $35, valid for 1 month.
Go to a Visa agent and apply for the EG (General) EOS (Extension of stay). Available in 1, 3 or 6 month blocks but only the 6 month EOS is valid for multi entry. No supporting documentation is required. Justification = looking for work.
When your EOS expires, border run, rinse and repeat step 1 & 2.
Simple.
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
