Looking for Cambodian metal workers for factory in Thailand

We are looking for Cambodian metal workers for Thailand.
Nakornratchasima province in Thailand
Basic metal skills needed; welding, metal lathe, general metal works,....
We are looking for up to three experienced metal workers for our farming machinery factory.
We provide living at our factory.
We pay 320 thai baht per day. (overtime extra paid).

The minimum wage will increase to 330 baht/day soon reportedly.

we always follow the minimum wage.
If the minimum wage for Nakornratchasima will rise to 330 baht then we will pay 330 baht.
Even more, most of our workers make a lot more than 330/day because they ask to work overtime.
Most of our Thai workers are not prepared to work overtime.
The productivity of Cambodian workers is a higher than Thai workers.
This is just a statement of facts, nothing more,.....
We are looking forward to find more motivated Cambodian workers for our factory.

All good Steevee, I do think a worker with some metal skills, welding, metal lathe etc is maybe worth a little more than the worker with no skills. maybe.
