Flying Chicken, we don't all have 3 second goldfish memories, and I specifically remember you telling us how you learnt how to speak "fluent Khmer" from your 2 week holiday in Siem Reap, so don't fucking lie. You are not particularly Khmer, and you are not a Khmer native speaker, unless you want to admit that your earlier posts were complete lies too, which will bring your whole trustworthiness into the frame. So which is it? My guess is you're a total BS artist.flying chicken wrote:Need not you educating me in Khmer being a native Khmer speaker. Thanks though!

At the time of writing I drew a comparison between Phnom Penh and Siam Reap accent in term of speaking, my recommendation then (and still) to genuine learners is not to learn the PP accent. Siam Reap people often got make fun of by other regional folks on their accent, but personally I really like it.
Upon reading Claptrap's post on the phonetics part, I had a think and Svay Rieng came to mind. That was why I gave Susan and you for that matter the chnce in my "convince me" response whom live there for years before throwing in unpleasant words.
And you calling me a bullshit artist of my native language, to prove it offline, it is easy peasy but it might temp me piss on you on the online behaviour of yours. A small example, when I was outside of Garage waiting a friend the waitresses greeted me in English, when I replied in Khmer their instance replies were "oh you are khmer, hehehe" while jm was busy inside concentrating on his laptop with loud blasting music...lol.

How did jm get dragged into this? I doubt he was "blasting" music. He's quite refined.

It shows that if you didn't grow up speaking a language, you aren't a native speaker. Since you "learnt fluent Khmer" on your 2 week stint in Siem Reap, you aren't a native speaker either.
Here's what you said a year ago:

Holy shit! Your effort all these times on my rebuttals digging into posting histories to prove your worthiness ? Oh right, my online youth. You tried hard but failed in your quote in the debating context on the Youn terminology.

Wow, I ask for a tutor and next thing I know my thread has somehow turned into a pissing match between people I don't even know.
I was told there would be cake.
After you got Andy's recco (which I'd second or third) we figured you'd got your answer
