I don't deny having a warped mind. But if you look beneath my juvenile use of terms like "purple nurple," you will see that I was using satire to ask a meaningful question about why some SE asian women degrade themselsves and whore out their out their bodies to foreign men for a few bucks, but the men don't.
I like AndyinAsia's answer the best.
I was initially going to write a horribly offensive post suggesting that Cambodia's hunger problem could be solved if Cambodian mothers simply ate their own children. But that's pretty much been done already.

Why are there no entrepreneurial male nonsexual prostitutes?

Dude, we all know the whoremonger argument as to how you're supposedly benefiting the girls. No one is interested in debating that.
I'm aware of no market yet in Thailand for entrepreneurial male NON-SEXUAL prostitutes, so I think you've missed the point. Maybe there are secret feitsh bars in Pattaya where a sadistic foreigner can go in, have a drink, then pepper spray a Thai dude in the face for 100 baht. I haven't heard of any.As for the men, as soon as a market emerges, they will. Just check Thailand.

That's funny. I have no "position" on the site. I am simply a patron of the site like many others. Do you have a "position" at your local fishbowl?you're supposed to have some sort of position on here, aren't you?
Even if I had a "position" on the site, I don't think it would mean very much, because the site is kind of run like a benevolent dictatorship anyway. To put that in terms you can understand, a "dictator" is like the "papasan" of a whole country. Got it? "Benevolent" means "good" or "well intentioned," which in your mind and Logos' mind would be like someone who meets a lost, starving hiker in the desert and then offers her food and water in exchange for blow job.
Anyway, this is usually a very entertaining website. Often, the posts contain amusing and insightful comments about life in Cambodia, with almost no topics off limits. As you know, life in Cambodia is never dull. But you know what is dull? When people migrate over from km11.com and its offspring sites and try to turn every thread into a rather boring discussion of prostitution or an overdone debate about the pros and cons of prostitution in Southeast Asia.
Now, in light of your recent posts about your penchant for "dining at the table of Cambodia," we all know what your thoughts are on this topic. But my guess is that most of the readers of the site aren't really interested in threads debating the merits of "dining at the table of Cambodia," "suckling at the chaise lounge of Thailand," or "shitting on the ottoman of Vietnam." Hence, I will take the high road (a first for me) and I will not debate the topic with you.
Barang: It's blatently obvious from your posts that you are a sexpat trying to take a moral high ground by telling us things like how you provide them with "quality alcoholic drinks" (wow, lucky them. Coz everyone knows that Khmer women are tradidtionally known for their love of quality alchohol). Stop. It won't work. You're right that there are lots of fucked up threads on this site at the mo, and it's been commented on by a few people, but taking a moral high ground, then coming out with a poor moral defence for prositution is pathtic. Give up.
Well, yeah, I think I mentioned my recent contract with 440, with its signing bonus and provisions for a housing allowance, medical insurance, and annual roundtrip airfare back home to Michigan. But not every "featured writer" is on that kind of package here, dude.Barang wrote:That's really interesting Mr [Gavin] Mac. I thought you were a featured writer and I'm sure I saw one featured writer mention they were paid for their contributions.
Now that is funny. Sorry I was gone for a couple of days and have been missing this. Nice to see we have another fine new member. 26 posts in 2 days???Barang wrote: I now know who to hold entirely responsible for the libel. Thanks for that.
