Go to "Europ Continents"
It's located on Preah Ang Meakavann (this is Street 178). I think it is Number 39... near the Ginger Monkey...
Go to the 1st Floor, which is the Analytical, Biochemistry & Environmental Lab Department.
Speak with the Dept manager. Dont know his name but he speaks Ok English and great French.
You can email him at [email protected]
Phone: 012 229 518
Also try
CARDI-Cambodian Agricultural Research & Development Institute
National Road No 3 , Phnom Penh. 023 219 693 / 023 219 694
It's a govt dept, so pretty big... but they have the countrys biggest laboratories.
I'll see if I can chase up a contact name for you.... give me a few days...
In my experience in Cambodia, unless you are going to get a Khmer to call for you...these things are always worth a personal visit for the sake of good communications. Emailing tends to never work.. unless you use Khmer script, which Ive never tried....
