I am looking into having someone (khmer) get a bit of education in the field of cooking, now I read Playboys piece on the cooking school (3 week course, 150 dollars, 5 days a week and deemed to be a pretty good course)
My question is do they still do this, I looked at their website, but their "contact"-page refuses to work, and since the "playboy"-article is nearly a year old, I wondered if anybody had some recent info regarding available cooking classes for cambodians.
thanks for any info available

My sister inlaw will probably be getting unemployed in 2 weeks, since the hotel where she is receptionist, is being taken over by another owner who want his own staff (probably family/friends), since she is not a single, ultra pretty girl, the chance that she will get a new job as a receptionist is quite slim, so perhaps it would be a good time for her to shift to what she already has a good reputation for, that is cooking, but now she only knows khmer dishes and a bit of knowledge of international dishes combined with a piece of paper proving this, may help her find another job, as a housekeeper/cook.Time to educate a wife out of your long-haired dictionary is it?
