Laziness probably... Never tried in fact. Will end up searching for a receipt on the web if I can't find any ready-made.

And if you still don't want to exeriment yourself, you can buy this ready mixed pack where you only need to add water. Seen it at Lucky and Thai Huot
I've got a couple of kilos sitting in front of me. But I'm in the wrong town.
1/2 kg white flour (buy 1 kilo and just split it in half by eye if you don't have scales)
1 teaspoon of active dried yeast (can use a little less if you want a slower rise)
2 teaspoons of salt
300-330 ml cold water
2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1. Grab a mixing bowl. Throw your flour, yeast and salt in there. Mix it together a bit with a spoon.
2. Pour the water and oil in to the dry stuff and start mixing until it clumps together.
3. Tip it out onto your bench and knead it all together (dry stuff, wet, and oily will all come together) for 5 - 10 minutes. You can add a little more flour if it is to sticky but don't add a lot....a little sticky is better than too dry. Knead it until it is nice and smooth. Roll into a ball.
4. Rub a bit of oil around the inside of your now empty bowl, and drop the dough in. Cover with a plastic bag or something and put it in a cool place.
5. After a couple of hours punch the air out of it, and divide it into 3 pieces. Roll each one into a nice ball.
6. Now you can let them age in the fridge or ice box for a day or two, use them to make a pizza straight away, or put in a bag and freeze in portions for later.
Make sure you keep them covered. Not too cold or else the dough will form a leathery skin.

I think I'll try that one first.
Presume it also needs a rolling spin, isn't it?

Pencil has rolling pins. Or improvise and use a wine bottle.

With the yeast in this climate the dough should blow up like a mother. Same principle with tropical infections really.

No need for a rolling pin.
Grab your ball of dough, put it on a floured bench, and sprinkle more flour on top. (One good reason not to bother with the packet mix, you are going to need flour anyway, so get a packet of yeast and you will be good to go. Yeast will keep in fridge for ages.)
Flatten it down a bit with the palm of our hand, then use your finger tips to dimple......bugger it, I'm going to find a video clip.....
This video is pretty good. Don't prick it with a fork though.
If you aren't so confident with the slapping and stretching part, you can use a bottle once you have formed the crust and stretched it by dimpling it with your fingers a bit.
