Rebels MC Cambodia
[quote="ricecakes"]Many years ago I was drinking with my siblings in the local coastal RSL on Xmas Eve . This was back when bikies could still wear their colours. About 50 bikers walked in in full regalia ( don't know which MC ) and the whole place tensed up in expectation of what might come. It was very intimidating. They went straight to the bar and the next thing they were walking around the club with trays of schooner and bourbon and cokes. They shouted to management and entire RSL staff to get the fuck out. ..we are talking a huge club on Xmas Eve. It was PACKED. They then broke into smaller groups and started chatting to random people. It was quite something to see and it has stuck with me ever since....
couldn't resist it. sorry ricecakes.

I think they resurfaced in Daylesford, Victoria (Central Highlands). Apart from occasional long lines of classic cars rolling into town, I have also witnessed an endless stream of heavy bikies on the highway heading towards town... very impressive (and a bit intimidating I might add).Jep wrote:.Petrol Head wrote:The AFP went nuts and cracked down on their operations in Pinoy land, Thailand and Cambodia by squeezing them at home. severely curtailed, but still operational?.
But so are the bag pipers (but who are downright scary...)

Several of the outlaw clubs in.the region and generally they try to keep their real activities back home away from their holiday homes. You don't want to be unwelcome everywhere after all. Plus running a cash business in a country like thud ideal for money laundering ahem

You mention several outlaw clubs. Can you name the others?
If they own holiday homes etc they need to prove how they acquired the money to buy them.
The HeadHunter Gang got 5 million bucks worth of vehicles seized last month in NZ because brought from filthy money.
Maybe their country don't care.

Sounds as if a lack of identity runs in the family.Jep wrote:New Zealand was the first country outside of America where a Hells Angels chapter was formed 1961. And my dad was...ah forget it..

Cool, but there must have been bad times too.

Bad times? I don't remember them, it was normal times.

He said that they were in Cambodia helping the poor children and that I was a cunt because I had a young girlfriend. He also said that now 4500 Rebels around the world knew what I looked like. He didn't know that when I read the message I was living in the ex rebels clubhouse in Cairns.
If the Newman government is defeated next weekend the ALP say they will rescind the anti bikie laws, that's the first promise they will break.
They were out of control in Australia but still control a huge criminal empire. My mates tough old man ran several hells Angels off the road with his Impala in the late sixties in NZ. I think he may have ironed their bikes for them as well. He was a hard man who served in tanks in North Africa at 15. In WA a mate had been out shooting years ago and two bikies threw a bottle at his car in a country pub car park. He chased them in the land cruiser, ran over their bikes and had them in a ditch with a pistol to their heads. Another hard bastard who had been a tunnel rat in Vietnam. He had them pleading for their lives and when he cocked the gun they cried!
Bikies seem to believe that they are the only outlaws in society, it must be a shock when some ordinary looking prick runs them over and pulls out a gun that he is prepared to use. Poor Bill the vet was a tormented soul, he hung himself from a tree in the families back yard many years later.
