Bought several sizes of genuine Pyrex roasting dishes upstairs at Bayon last week. Advantage of these is they came with the seal-able plastic lids should you want to then store the results of your roasting in the fridge or some such afterwards.
From what I recall, prices were perfectly acceptable also.

Thanks, guys. Think I'll give Bayon a go.

Got one in Bayon, thanks alifeapart. Wouldn't have minded one a bit bigger, but it will do fine. Big enough for an average chicken. Actually, they had some nice metal ones that were bigger but I know the house girl would destroy the non stick coating in no time so played safe and stuck with the pyrex.
